West German Fire Department Hat Pin, Post-War

As a quick add-on posting to my previous fire department helmet posting, I'd like to add a shot of a West German hat pin that I received as a gift from a friend on the East Coast....... Thanks T.J.!

The pin is a uniform, peaked hat pin that would have been used for an unknown fire department in Germany.  This particular pin does not have the device for the city the department was located in.  The great thing about this is that I received both the pin and the helmet in the same week, from two different and unrelated sources!!
